《The Eerie Expanse》是 ShamanStems 打造的一款氛围采样包，作为《The Eerie Tapes》和《The Eerie Beats》的电影化扩展版本，它成功捕捉了《寂静岭》系列游戏的诡异气息，同时致敬了日本恐怖（J-Horror）游戏与电影、David Lynch 的工业噪音美学（如《橡皮头》）、90 年代的丛林氛围垫底音色（Jungle Pads）、Trip Hop、Illbient 与实验噪音等风格。所有声音均被录制到 Betamax 磁带上，进一步增强了其模糊、陈旧、梦境般的质感。
整个采样库分为两大类：一类是雾气弥漫般的氛围音效与梦幻钢琴，适用于构建压抑、迷离的氛围；另一类则是由手工打造的金属装置、老式收音机、模拟无人机合成器等设备录制而成的工业噪音，经由颗粒化和调制效果器处理后形成不规则、异质、破碎的音色，适合用于声音设计、恐怖游戏音效或实验音乐项目中。
本套装共计 352 个文件，总容量约 2.3GB，包含 18 个氛围与Pad循环、49 个工业金属循环、12 个钢琴与键盘循环、49 个氛围单发、16 个和弦单发、114 个工业金属单发、10 个钢琴单发与 92 个质感纹理音效，是一套专为创作诡异氛围和声音空间设计的强大工具包。

Envisioned as the cinematic expansion for “The Eerie Tapes” and “The Eerie Beats”, this collection aims to mirror the atmosphere of the classic Silent Hill games, while also paying homage to J-Horror games and films, the industrial soundscapes of David Lynch’s “Eraserhead”, 90’s Jungle ambient pads, Trip Hop, Illbient and Noise.
The library is divided into two categories, one pertaining to foggy, vaporous ambience and dreamy, Nocturnesque pianos, the other catering to industrial noise, forged using an array of DIY metallic contraptions salvaged from scrapyards and flea markets, niche analog drone synths and old handheld radios, fed through a swarm of granular and modulation effects pedals.
All sounds printed to Betamax tapes.
