Circle Cynths OBSO 是一款基于 Kontakt 的复古氛围合成器音源，核心理念是从各种过时媒介与老旧电子设备中提取声音素材，例如 VCR、磁带机等 80–90 年代消费级设备。音色带有明显的磁带氧化质感、机械老化噪声与模拟漂移特征，让声音呈现出温暖、模糊却极具情绪感的复古氛围，非常适合怀旧 Synthwave、氛围电子、影视配乐与 Lo-Fi 风格制作。

音源采用简洁直观的界面设计，通过五个核心控制圆环即可塑形声音，操作简单但调制深度很高，即使随意调整参数也能保持良好的音色表现。内置 120 个预设，涵盖 Bells、Brass、Strings、Keys、Pads、Bass 等多种类别，音色既能自然融入混音，也可以独立作为主旋律或氛围层使用。整体声音风格温润、梦幻、带有明显年代感，为作品增添一种柔和而富有情绪张力的复古质感。

OBSO is an inspiring catalog of sounds coaxed directly from various forms of obsolete media and extant technology. We celebrate the undulating inconsistencies of bygone days, lovingly filtered through the oxide and worn machinery of VCRs, cassette-decks and other consumer products from the 80s and 90s.

Our dreamlike but intuitive interface is intended to spark instant emotion. Specifically designed to sound good no matter where the knobs are, the five visceral control circles nevertheless offer a huge depth of range within a single patch. Nostalgic synths, creamy pads, lush basses, shimmering bells, burnished brass, scintillating strings, and more glow with the patina of fine age.

Individual sounds sink into a mix like they always existed, but you’ll find they can easily stand alone without the need for layering or manipulation outside of the instrument.
